Jose Prieto

Leading JPA Roofing LLC, my focus has been on driving innovation in roofing through meticulous project management. With a robust background in both overseeing projects and hands-on roofing, my core competencies lie in executing complex roofing assignments with precision. The mission is to deliver sustainable and high-quality roofing solutions that align with our client’s visions. At the heart of my professional journey is a commitment to excellence and a dedication to enhancing industry standards through our work at JPA Roofing LLC.

Jose Prieto Jr

Jose, known as Junior across the company, has been part of the roofing world from a young age, learning the business firsthand alongside his father. Over time, he has built experience in sales, social media, and relationship-building, giving him a strong foundation in both the customer and business sides of the industry. 

As Business Developer at JPA Roofing, Jose enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and creating strong relationships with clients and business partners alike. He is BEI Certified and FORTIFIED Certified, and brings an energetic, relationship-focused approach to every opportunity. 

Jose also has a strong interest in business, real estate, and entrepreneurship. He enjoys learning how businesses grow, expanding his network, and finding new opportunities to connect with people. 

Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new places. He especially values the family environment and culture at JPA Roofing and appreciates being part of a team where relationships matter.

Ben Dawson

Ben brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to everything he does. He studied Construction Management with a minor in Business, then began his career designing and building custom homes. After the market changed in 2008, he started an estimating company that worked with contractors and Insurance Companies. JPA Roofing became one of his clients, and after several years of working together, Ben joined the team in 2021. He has served as Operations Manager since 2022. 

In his role, Ben enjoys taking situations that can feel stressful or complicated and simplifying them so the experience feels smooth and manageable. His eye for detail and genuine care for both Property Owners and team members shape the way he approaches his work. 

Ben also appreciates being part of a team that shares meaningful core values and wants to succeed by serving others well. His background in custom home design still influences the way he thinks, and he continues to enjoy learning about thoughtful design and how small details can make a big difference. 

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially outdoors. Mountain biking, pickleball, disc golf, tossing a football or frisbee with his kids, escape rooms, and serving others in the community are some of his favorite ways to spend his time. 

Patti Foster

From office administration to production management, Patti has built a broad range of experience across the construction industry. As Business Ambassador, she brings her background to JPA Roofing along with a genuine ability to connect with people. She entered the roofing industry in 2017 and joined JPA Roofing in 2020, where her background and people-first approach came together naturally. 

In her role as Business Ambassador, Patti enjoys building relationships with new business partners and helping homeowners throughout their roofing project. As a natural connector, she values loyalty, communication, and long-term relationships, all qualities which have shaped her growth alongside JPA Roofing. 

It’s not all work, though. In her free time Patti enjoys mowing, gardening, reading, canning, and making crafts with her grandchildren. Family and faith are important parts of her life, and she especially enjoys giving homemade gifts to friends and family.

Kristi Murray

Kristi’s path to becoming Accounting and HR Manager has been shaped by experience across nearly every level of business operations. She began her career in financial services, earning her Series 6 license, and building a strong foundation in regulatory compliance. From there, she moved into corporate finance and gained hands-on experience in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and full-charge accounting. 

As Kristi grew in her accounting career, she realized that a company’s strongest assets aren’t just on the balance sheet; they’re the people behind the numbers. That perspective led her to expand into human resources and shaped the people-first approach she brings to JPA Roofing today. 

Her background gives her a unique perspective on both the financial and people side of the business. She is especially proud of combining strong analytical skills with a relatable, approachable style. 

At JPA Roofing, Kristi enjoys bringing financial clarity and peace of mind to the work behind the scenes. She also values the positive atmosphere, close-knit team, and family-owned culture, and appreciates being part of a company that works hard to support both its team and the people it serves. 

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys lifting weights, running, traveling, attending sporting events, spending time with family and her cat, and volunteering as a reader with Lead to Read. She loves exploring new places, although she’ll happily keep her distance from any water critters.
